ZeeNoor holds a ‘No Refund’ policy except in cases of defective products.

No exchange on articles with 50% off or more.

All claims on defective products, once approved by the company, will be processed within 14 working days. Upon approval, you may select any other article of equal value from the website.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

ZeeNoor does not offer any “Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.

Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.

Tags and labels must be intact for any exchange to be processed.

Please note: Colors may slightly vary due to differences in screen resolution and settings. Exchange requests based on color variation may not be accepted.

Summer stock will only be exchanged with Summer items, and Winter stock only with Winter items.
